In this role, we clean up the mess in requirements and configuration management, establish and execute test strategy, selective refactoring and reengineering of critical modules, fine grained activity tracking mechanism, incorporation of a set of productivity and quality enhancing tools and techniques and finally be there with the team to celebrate and bid farewell after a successful delivery.
